I am so happy that you will be attending. Since I heard about Access in December --and started applying the questions and 'running' the statements,
I have learned via the literature and recordings-- my awareness and consciousness has expanded-it is really interesting and fun...like opening up more to what is around me
and saying the "All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory" 10x before going to sleep and 10x at night has made a difference for sure.

Having one's 'bars run' even just once allows many lifetimes of stuck energy to be released.

Creativity, Power, Aging, Sex, Money, and so forth.
The bars are activated by a light touch, allowing energy to flow.
This creates great ease in your body and opens new possibilities,
freeing the 'stuck' areas of your life and allowing you to choose in the present rather than from the past.
Every time you gift a bars session to someone, you receive the benefits as well.
This class is wonderful for any bodywork practitioners, as well as for people who have always wanted to learn a dynamic energetic process.
